Vita Nova means "new life". I made the decision to start independently consulting in 2016 after spending 18 years in the recruiting industry. I started recruiting in the pre-internet days, when we would post ads in newspapers and receive resumes via fax. I learned recruiting the old-school way, picking up the phone, talking to candidates and presenting them with life-changing opportunities. Recruiting is truly a "contact sport", meaning you need to spend the time with your candidates and clients to truly understand their motivations. This is the only way to ensure a technical and cultural fit from both sides. 

I am passionate about recruiting and other operational aspects relating to global talent acquisition. I am also passionate about Life Sciences, I have spent most of my career in this space and understand it very well. I have been very fortunate to work with clients who are bringing innovative medicines and therapies to patients globally, and this is what motivates me to make a difference in people's lives everyday.
